So could you speak a little bit more into some of those challenges, and how you've been able to navigate that? LaShonda Fuselier (01:01): I am LaShonda Fuselier, I have been with Wells Fargo for the last 16 years. Windy Oliver (15:45): For me is that balance now, I think you do become more courageous, the more senior you are in your career, just simple things.
